my better half has been driving the car alot lately, noticed some scratches on the carbon fiber lip that show as white ...
does anyone know how the finish can be repaired ? not so much worried about a gouge but just want to have the finish look as close to blending as possible...

i know, i know , i explained to her that when she parks perpindicular to a curb she needs to turn off the ELM and or raise the car.... she runs the hell out of it, i am stuck with the Z06

Take a blck marker to it lightly, then take some of your better halfs clear nail polish and ad some over the scratch to seal the CF, It can start to chip..like a nail and make sure your better half adjust your car to max height when she drives.

well not really complaining, going back and forth between the e55 and the z06 realy makes appreciate the fit and finish of the MB. no smell of gas/exhaust, easier to launch, easier to talk on the phone and drink coffee, and most important better am radio reception, and most importantly can see cops easier

That is why I had clear bra on the front lip and my wife never drive my E . She know its my baby .

My wife has thrashed my lip too. I just keep a Sharpie in my pocket and go over the scrathes everytime she comes home.
