maintenance update:
car at dealership due to crankshaft position sensor malfunction CEL
sensor was replaced 2 months ago...
dealer says the shop i went to get pulley installed 2yrs ago didn't have the right tools and bent the flywheel during the install...
my question is, can bent flywheel cause such CEL to come off?
symptom is prolonged engine start...

As the CPS reads the teeth on the flywheel...also CPS sensors are a known problem on the v6 v8s
A factory flywheel lock workshop tool is used to remove the harmonic balancer bolt as well as when torqued on install
A defective CPS will set a code and cause the cel to light

Since the pulley was replaced two years ago ..And if the flywheel was damaged from the install the hard start should have been since the install

I JUST got home from an event at buttonwillow today.
I actually like how the pic came out. Shows that they were used HARD
Gold turning calipers blow!
Time to paint them a different color now?

just installed 07 3rd brake lights...
seems brighter and matches with taillight's LED brake lights better IMO...
