I sent this email to the Cyber Patrol department at AOL where he is using their proxy server:

Hi, I am a fellow member at MBWorld.org where one of the users of your proxy servers is conducting fraudulent activity, felonies, scams, and doing malicious changes to Wikipedia. The people that this individual has scammed would like to obtain the identity of this person for prosecution and to get their money refunded. The IP’s and usernames that he has used from AOL’s proxy are:

10 of them trace back to Bridgewater State College (192.207.*.* and 207.206.*.*)

10 of them trace back to Massachusetts Higher Education Computer Network (134.241.*.*)

The rest of them are AOL owned IP addresses.
