Hattie! Nice to see you here, bro... definitely flag these 2 scammers there at mercedesshop - the last thing the members would want to see there is someone getting lured into another scam... (P.S. we met up at bill murrows GTG at fawn grove years ago, I see you still have your SDL workhorse)

We seem to be clear of their scum I justed looked, but will check again just to be sure.I have to say I am concerned that people reading this thread will start to harrass him and ruin the PD investigation. These threads have a habit of bringing in all the nut jobs. The mods here sure have their hands full!

Just to reiterate...
As stated earlier, let the authorities handle this matter. We have built a case with evidence that is solid. The proper channels have been notified, it may seem boring guys, but this is the proper method of approach. If someone confronts or harasses him then all this work is naught. Please don't do that.

Oye - it's great that this scammer is getting the attention, but the "group think" that starts happening is a little scary.
His scams were not all pulled off in a day, nor with the case against him be built in a day. Contacting other victims, working with other jurisdictions (esp in interstate commerce) takes time. Although it may not seem like it on here, folks do have lives and can't drop EVERYTHING and go meet with the cops.
If they are building a case against him - wouldn't it be wise to gather as many victims as you could find and nail down as many details as you could determine?
Again - things take time. What's that saying about the wheels of justice turning slowly?
We CAN make sure there are no further victims going forward - make sure Billy and Jonathan don't scam other forums, etc. and that would be where efforts are best spent - NOT meddling to the point of destroying a case that seems to be coming together because of the efforts of a couple dedicated and SMART folks on the forum.
You guys have the "Ready, FIRE!, Aim" thing down pretty good.

It's taken me three days to catch up on this whole thing, I'm over from Bowhunter.com
First off, the multiple cameras would make sense if he does/did work at Best Buy. Secondly, from seeing some of the previous items, I truly believe that Apple Security needs to be in the loop. Who cares if you get an answering machine, e-mail them a link to this one. They can check to see what security issues they have had in the past at this particular store and might be able to put some outstanding isssues to rest.
Also, if he has filed claims with DHL in the past, he could most deff. be charged with insurance fraud. That would be his biggest charge that I see. He might have tried with this one transaction, but backed off due to the heat. Talk about getting multiple checks.
The guy with DHL needs to check into this. I'm sure that DHL would like to nail him, considering what he has said about them.
