If it was just my money involved I'd go to town on his face with one of those rims.
Then I'd bring out the other tools: Car battery, jumper cables, 14" black rubber *****, shoe polish, staple gun, post-it notes, Sharpie (1 black, 1 red), coffee pot, rubbing alcohol, salt, needle and thread, steel toe Dr. Martens, tar, feathers and a first aid kit (nurse him back to health for round two)

Strange...the cops in my town have enough time to set up speed traps and road blocks, hell they even installed 5 more sets of traffic cameras at intersections around my city...typical, when it comes to real crime the cops can't do anything, but when it comes to writing bogus equipment violations and speeding tickets they have all the time in the world.
I hate friggin cops more and more by the hour. Must be a great feeling to wake up in the morning, put on that stupid uniform and drive around in a Chevy Impala all day and have every person that looks at you think "what a c*c* su*k*r" and to put up with all that for a measly $50,000 (or less) a year.

Did you ever think that the cops did their job and perhaps the State's Attorneys Office declined to press charges? Of course not. From years of experience this happens more than you'd care to hear about. You should print out that last post and carry it with you so when you do eventually smash up one of your cars, you can hand it to the police officer that runs up to your window to help your pompous ***. And for the record I drive a Ford CV for almost double the money when people are calling me a ****$ucker.
