MIR Rental June 16th!!!
It's that time again. I have reserved both lanes at MIR on June 16th. $104/car (paypal fee included). Who is in?

Only pay for the June 16th one now though mercedeseclass@hotmail.com
I am going to try to go back to accepting $100 cash at the track (just give it directly to MIR instead of me collecting) on the day of the rental so if you would prefer to do that feel free to do so. I was taking prepayments because I got burned out of several hundred dollars at a few rentals since people said they would show up but didn't. I am pretty sure we will have enough cars this time though.

Tomorrow is the big day for another one of our track events. Looks like its going to be a hot one, do we East Coaster know how to run in positive DA or should we call this one off, haha
I hope some of you can make it out. My biz partner Ahmad and I will assure you guys of a good time at an excellent track. I wont be running on DR's but looking to break my personal street tire records.

I have seen -169 ft on one occasion but I was not allowed to run my car due to certain track officials recognizing me.

Had a good day overall. Watching the pro mod cars go 6's was awesome.
My best was only 11.60 @ 120.25. I wonder what the DA was today
Where you at juicee? Funny thing is the temp dropped 25 degrees after it rained!
I think Jodys best time was 11.5 and Jasons best time was 11.6 on street tires but they can chime in and give better times.
Lots of fast cars out today. Thanks to Jody for coming down and Jason for letting me use his d/r's.
We did have 2 wrecks, a low 10s turbo BMW E30 spun out at the end of the 1/4 and just barely avoided disaster. A supra wasn't so lucky and went head on into the wall at what wa sprobably well over 100+mph. He had a coolant leak but stayed in it.
On a lighter note, my friend Ben went 9.47 @152mph in his 6 speed street driven supra

I think Jay did the calculation and it was 2100ft+ when the temp was 86 degrees. Imagine that positive da on the east coast, weird.

Jeff ran a 12.55 @ 113.x in his E63 I think. With a 1.9x 60'

Oh yea, and I didnt spray
ATCO is expensive. Although Jason is right ans the DA was not -1800 today. I wouldn't mind coming up there if you guys put something together. I know MIR sees good negative DA's in the fall and winter. It's a friggin east coast track, it NEVER has positive DA's!

Yes that was my e63
Wish the temps had been a little more on our side. When that Supra hit the wall that was it for the day. After about 6 runs I was just starting to get the hang of launching this beast. 12.55 for my official 7th run ever with the car down the 1/4 mile aint too bad. I weighed in at 4350 lbs when I hit the scales. I know it'll pull much lower 12's as I get more used to the car and hopefully after I get my VRP CF AIrbox in the next week or so...
Looking forward to more events this summer!
