https://mbworld.org/forums/showthrea...ighlight=vr530
First prototypes should be ready by next week.
This is going to be a fun year!!!! Can't wait.
Thanks
I want to make the SL63 the next project car and to be honest I wonder what the tranny can handle.

So will these be shorty headers or high flow manifolds? Or is there no difference in this case? The picture looks more like a header.
Either way I'm getting this upgrade.

What I mean to say was that the bends have been profiled. They will be welded next and than the fixture will be completed and test set made to be tuned and dynoed.

Vadim, you made my day man....... I couldn't stop smiling for the first 10 minutes reading your new word....
I have a couple of questions for you that you may or not be able to answer given that you've said you havn't had a chance to dyno a C63 yet. But, with a few people having dynoed the C63 right around 380rwhp, it seems the C is in fact making around 450hp as claimed by the factory. So, with the VR530 and VR570 based off the 63 making 505hp, I'm assuming for the C63 with both of these kits we would be seeing apprx 515hp?
Or given the fact the C63 is detuned, would we likely see greater gains from the VR530 and VR570, and instead of say a 65hp boost like the other models would achieve, the C would gain more?
Basically what I'm trying to determine is, how do we get the C63 onto a level playing field with other 63s, and then tune the engine from there to see the same hp results
Hopefully, as soon as next week.
