E55 future value

Ok guys, anyone have a crystal ball??

Here is my question..

What do you think a fully optioned 2006 E55 will be worth 3 years from now, assuming it will have 85,000 miles on it, at that point?? So were talking 6/2011.

over/under $23,000?? Thats my number, as to weather it makes sense to "lease" a used car or not..

All things assumed.. (i.e., new Eclass will be out by then, and E63's will probably be down in the low $40's-high $30's,etc,etc)

What is a fully loaded 04 with low miles (20,000) valued at today? Kind of off topic but was looking at one this week and trying to feel out its true value. Thanks!

Hello Mr.Taximan

The car will be 5 years old, from sticker price of around 80k? According to previous cars they will run in 25k range

Cheers

Thanks guys.. A lease(used car) and buy payments are coming in right around the same monthly amount for a 36mo. term(the lease) vs. a 60 month term(the buy). There are pro's and cons to both..

On the buy.. Adfter 36months of paying on it. I would still owe about $23-$25k.. So, as long as the car is worth that in 3 years. I'll be ok..

But looking at W210 E55 values, is enough to make someonme sick.. You can buy a nice 01' E55 wth 80k miles, for LOW teens now.. Its crazy the amount of car your getting for that money.. No, its not a "kompressor" car. But still.. TEENS, for an E55?? Thats nuts..
