Pics from my 4000Km road trip to Affalterbach (Germany) and Kleemann (Denmark)
I just came home from a "little" spontaneous road trip with my wonderful and highly beloved E55 AMG. Man these W210 E55's are really well built and they really belong on the fast German Autobahn roads.
Hopefully the visit at Kleemann in Denmark with the nice welcoming will result in something special with my E55 if they can work a few things out for me as I suggested
The car as it stands right now is a beast for being a N/A V8, and with the German 100 Octan Shell V-power fuel it ran even more impressing after a few Km run in on the Autobahn. The car has a curb weight of only 1620 KG (I've weight it a few weeks ago) so I believe it has the potential of turning out to something really special.Hope you enjoy the pics, a few are from Sweden where I started my trip.

And a video of a high speed run somewhere between Mannheim and Frankfurt.
280 Km/h/175 Mph

No, didn't spot any SLR... That would have been nice! But the cars that where there made me quite happy after all.

Infact the only car I would be tempted trading up to since I absolutely love my W210 E55 to much (a long time favorite) was a black SL55 AMG standing outside at Kleemanns, they look quite nice after all

I love Germany. Great people, culture, hospitality and most importantly the high speed travel on the autobahn.
Thanks for sharing. I hope to be permanently back to Germany soon. Faster if Obama is elected!
