Sorry 55 and 63 guys, but UPS just delivered another 10.5 HP to my house this morning in the form of an Evosport crank pulley

...and for those of you who did not hear, I now have two ECU's, one with an MHP motor only ECU/TCUtune and one with an MHP NOS only (120 octane) tune.

This event is going to be AWESOME!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Cool! I want a tune for nitrous only and race gas as well. Probably not in time for MIR and I dont trust a remote tune when nitrous is involved. Do you plan on running leaded fuel? I've never heard of a 120 octane unleaded

Yes, leaded 120, should not be a problem in limited amounts, remeber I have no cats and thus bypass the secondary O2 sensors.

I don't think it will be as often as you think. I'm only going to add 4-5 gallons of the 120 at a time, make a handful of passes and then fill the tank with 12 gallons of 100 octane unleaded. If they need to be replaced or cleaned so be it, the gains far outweight the risks IMO.

What if I wanted to attend but not run or compete do I have to pay that fee or a spectators fee? I ask cause I may drive out there instead or accompany either JRCart or ChicagoX or even Darok8 if they permit me...incase I don't take my C32...either way if I take the 32 I may not run incase the possibillities it breaks since its a long haul back.

It's getting down to business time, 2.5 weeks until D Day! I know I have spoken to a few of you Chicago guys about making the trip together. Let me fill you in on my plans and see if they work with your plans, if not throw out some ideas, I am pretty flexible.

First of all I am trailering my car. Secondly I am staying in Washington, D.C. My plan is to leave Chicago around 3:00pm on Thursday the 13th and drive about 6 hours or so ending up somewhere near Cleveland which a 340 mile trip and the EXACT half-way point between Chicago and DC. If we can get back on the road by 7:30am we should should arrive in DC no later than 2:00pm avoiding the D.C. area friday afternoon rush hour.

I can even leave on Friday morning, but I would rather break the trip into two more relaxing parts since I will making the return trip in non-stop Bonzai form on Sunday morning.

I know a few of you guys are coming down from the Detroit area, we can meet you guys at the 475-80/90 interchange in Toledo around 7ish I would assume.

Let me know what you guys think, like I said this is just an idea, I am open to other plans and ideas.

Have you checked to make sure the DC hotel can accomodate your trailer? Otherwise you may be better off in the MD suburbs. The Marriott doesn't have the cache' of the DC hotels but it does have a huge outdoor lot that can easily accomodate your trailer:

I'll figure something out. I'll proably just grease the sales manager of a local car dealership $100.00 and stick it on their lot overnight or something.
