The first specs came from Edmunds.com and I just checked Motortrend.com for people like me who don't know. Vic55 is correct I presume the motortrend article shows 516 torque.

And as far as some of the people saying he is stupid for street racing...it's not like their were doing some incredibly dumb or crazy S***
and all of us have a heavy right foot,who ever owns a high perf. vehicle has at one time or the other used the street as their playground....just my .2 dinars

I've seen his video and I think you know and we all know that there is something wrong with that video and not just because the 55 lost. The difference was way to big in such a short run to be a good race. Notice the camera is straight and not side by side, what if the 63 got a nice jump. That's the only video I've seen the 55 lose in and it's not good camera fooage of how they took off.
, I was there, and so was Phil, Juicee, Trez63, JRocket, and others. This video was taken at Fontana last Summer. It was 95 F at 3300 ft DA. Also, we had the same results of this race when we ran the cars at Famoso with a different stock E55 and a different E63 (mine). Like others have said, the cars are too close to call in stock form, but sure is fun to race them

I had a great time! I was the 3rd fastest AMG that day behind JRocket and Shawn. Like I joked before, the Conditions were the pits (kinda like a firepit).
No air just smoke everywhere, and hot too.
But we all had fun (except for Jangy - He took his air tubes off so his car could breathe
) JUST KIDDING JangySeriously, I didn't feel any animosity to my E63 brethren, I just was enjoying the moment with everybody! I know that all the guys were acting as one, AMG
(I think it was Juicee who provided the AMG flag)
I kinda wished there would have been some M cars for us to rally against but they did'nt show up
They knew they would have gotten an Ar$e whooping. 1st we would have jangy hit them then Juicee, Shawn, JRocket and the rest of the troops. So much for "M" power! 
I also wish that the newer members both 55ers and 63ers would chill out on this 55 vs 63 thing it's just been beaten to death on this forum for the last 3 years (mostly because of Juicee

just have fun and always remember whether in a 55 or 63 be safe. I have nothing but RESPECT for the 55, it is a true MONSTER and definately a difficult car to dispatch.
Despite the early convictions the 63 was slow inthis forum , we have risen up and flipped the switch. The 63 and 55 are similar up to 120
