Two quick items...
Picked up the car used and don't know if it has xenon lights or not.
How can you tell?
Glass on the passenger fog light is shattered. Light still works. Dealer advised unit has to be replaced at $300 for parts. Don't trust the dealer to give me the least expensive option.
Can the glass only be replaced or does the unit have to be replaced?
If the unit needs to be replaced, can someone direct me to a better price than the dealer?

Naturally, you should be able to turn your lights on and be able to tell immediately. Also, your front bumper should have cutouts (for your head light washers) between the headlights and high beams.

I just assumed they all came xenon. It does have the cutouts for the headlamp washers.
Here's a pic of the one that's not busted (sorry for the quality, cell phone camera).
It's a different shape than anything I see on websites, including the ebay link above. And thanks for that too.
