Vadim have you looked into any methanol water tunes to get more HP/TQ?
Could you set up a tune to adjust from 93 to 100 or higher automatically, like MB has theirs set up? Could this methyl water injection be included in aforementioned tune??
Maybe get to that 1K mark you are looking for on your SL.

Well, the dyno is done. I'm pretty happy with the results. RWHP went from 453 to 503. RWTO went from 530 to 680! 680? Are you kidding me? Like I can apply any of that to the pavement initially.
But, that certainly explains the get up and go I noticed when I'm hitting it at highway speeds.
The before/after Last time, it was 80 and the pulls were done quickly. This time, it was 90+ outside

Let me try to go through these.
1.) Yeah, when the tech said "holy ****" after the pull, I knew it was something good. Of course, they mostly work on subaru's and light weight race cars, so they're not seeing a lot of torque typically. Having said that, they had a stock '07 SL65 a few weeks ago that pulled 481/650. So, I was pretty happy with my results beating the 65.
3.) No drivability issues whatsoever. If I floor it, yeah, it sits and spins. but, heck, it did that before I got the tune! I just have to feather the throttle a little bit more at takeoff now. At 60, I can still just punch it with no concern.
4.) I believe dynojet does typically give higher readings.

The car is completely driveable with immense TQ at the rear wheels, but that all depends on your definition of driveable. Even with 600 RWTQ and ESP off it will light the tires up. To keep the car sane keep ESP on. I have over 710RWTQ and its still under control. Especially for you Cali guys who have warmer weather and the tires stay warmer u should be fine.

I've spent some time researching the Brabus 6.3 Biturbo so maybe I can answer some of these questions...
Brabus uses the same engine as in the Mercedes 600 cars...

Brabus:

I looked into the cooling mods that Brabus made to the Benz engine, but after a long search I found a picture that shows the Brabus engine using stock I/C's and stock routing of the coolant lines, stock airboxes...

BUT... compare the size of the turbine on the Brabus turbo above to this one on the stock SL65 AMG Engine (Picture courtesy of VRP Tuning)...

Brabus was making the 6.3L Biturbo years before AMG Released the 65 series cars.

A little birdie told me that there's a 65 running around the midwest who's had good results with this tune, but I am unforutnately not in a position to post any results. It seems like the winning ticket for the 65s is cooling and tune. Tunes generate substantial power but are limited because of cooling, the combination of both has yielded impressive figures.
