Early next week I should have video of my car pulling on both an SL600 V12 TT and E60 M5.
Thanks JB3 (race map)

Something just doesn't add up when you compare this to other similar cars on dragtimes. I posted this over on the bimmerforums but I guess I need someone to help me understand the outcomes.
If you just search dragtimes you'll see most of the Renntech Stage 1 E55's in the mid 11-s with traps in the 119-120 range. I could not find ANY 335's that come CLOSE to that sort of trap time....even a Shiv driven procede could only manage a best of 12.3 @116. 116 is stock E55 caliber, a stage 1 car should smoke that.
Most of the JB modded cars (granted 2's vs 3's and I don't know the difference to be honest) trapped in the 110 range, which wouldn't even hang with a stock E much less beat one. Most modded 335's couldn't even break the 110 trap speed. So was this a fluke or is everyone on dragtimes full of it?

So is no ones going to "correct" me or at least help me understand this match up based on what I said earlier? Its not like there are a TON of 335's trapping 116-120+ in the 1/4..........so.........am I crazy in suggesting that this match up (the BWM guys post in every single forum possible of this huge success) is a fluke.....? If you base it on trap speeds a 335 should get its azz handed to it by a modded E55........am I off base in that assumption?

hell..sniz has more mods on his car than the one in all these threads...maybe he and I can line em up...i'm stock.......even heavier than a normal E55 because of the "fat ***" wagon status....vs the coupe....but I'm not shy for a good run :-)
I don't have a pulley/ecu renntech set up...but maybe that would be a good baseline.....for further tests...stock e55 "fat pig" wagon vs procede 335....according to some of the videos, he should technically smoke me....if the procedes are beating stock E55's (since the wagon is heavier than the sedan).......
pm me sniz......we'll hook up next time you're over in no va........

My hats off to MJ50, his car did much better this time around. We did a about 4 races but only one was really good because of traffic. The one solid races was from 45mph to 100mph before traffic hit and he had me by 3/4 cars, we never raced from the 60mph to 110mph like the first race a week ago, not sure if 60-110 is my cars sweet spot. I guess its time from me to do more mods, I have all ready placed an order for a new AA intercooler. Overall I'm very happy my car is good enough to go against a mod'd E55. MJ50 and me will surely race gain once I get my new mods and he gets his. Nothing beats a Sunday like hanging out and causing trouble.
