Question for EVOsport regarding 55 exhaust
I remember Angela telling me back then that Evosport can do something with the stock exhaust system that makes it noticeably louder, specifically gutting the stock exhausts. What's the story behind it and how much does it cost? I have the resonator removed and a custom x pipe put in but it doesn't growl that much. Thanks

On my old E55 they took out the post cats and resonators and did an H pipe. The sound was excellent- dont remember the price as it was a package deal with other items.
I then added the Eisenmann exhaust which made the car roar but it decreased the necessary back pressure needed in a F/I engine so I put the resonators back on.
With Angelas I believe they broke down the factory mufflers to reduce the baffling. Her car sound great too.

The post cats are those two little ones right before the resonator yeah? Does it affect smog at all? Think I should do it Vic?
As for $2k to gut the stock exhaust, that's a big excessive....
