Back in May, I got pulled over with a finger... ****in' LAPD officer was across the street, sees me without a front plate points me out and yells for me to pull over and it was unavoidable with a few bike cops behind him.
Well anyway, he pulls me over... asks me where my plates were (I was rolling with my HMS plate), told him I was at a show. Anyways he gets me info n what not... goes to his car for 20 mins, comes back with a NON-Correctable tint and No Plate ticket. ******* gave me a ticket for STOCK tints without even asking me to roll my windows up. Well anyways... my court date is next Thursday. I pick up my plates on Friday. Good ****.

the reason I didnt have my window up was because I didnt want to get a tinted window ticket... I saw the cop next to me and oviously I didnt think my music was loud enough to the point where I might get in trouble...If I get a letter in the mail for 50-100$ im just going to pay it...but if its some crazy amount, im going to fight it...
the thing is I drove by the cop a few blocks down, and he claims he heard me coming by my music...can that be his claim or his PROOF of the 50+ft?

How does he know that your music can be heard further then 50ft whens he's right next to you and doesn't have a decibel meter.

120 dollar ticket. I got it a week after I got my license. I was bumping sweet dreams by marilyn Manson during the day in a residential. I hope that cops family watches him die when going to court for another music ticket from some lunatic who doesn't want to pay. Useless c***

Oh I didn't know that. Here in FL we're allowed to tint everything but the windshield, which I always do anyway. Nobody notices it.

Too bad that was so long ago as I'm sure you know it is legal to have your rear windshield as well as the two rear windows tinted as dark as you would like. That only leaves three possible windows to get a ticket for.....

In California there IS a loop hole on Tint
IF You have a Dr write a letter that you have skin issues
then you are allowed to have the Front windows tinted
Learned this from a Neighbor CHP that signs off all my Fix it Tickets

got you beat my friend !
on the lie at exit 49 come over a hill and i see him sitting there as i change in to the fast lane so i slow down (no radar no laser noise ) when i looked i was doin 92-93 ish he pulls me over and says 89 im like wtf he just guessing, give him an argument(after he tells me radar's dont lie) i show him the $1500 radar laser diff thats dead on ***** accurate and he tell me just wait !!
comes back 49mins later (no joke) and give me 9 tickets
!!unsafe lane change :bs
speeding: 89 :more bs
5 tinted windows tickets suv :serious bs
inspection : my fault but bs anyway
finnaly a obstruction of rear plate ( i had a bmw plate frame) total bs
i gave these tickets to my lawyer oh and $1400 and all 9 tickets were dismissed right in the cops face within 5 mins of being in court that morn !!

My best was back in 83, I received, and still have it, a citation for "Mufflers that need muffeling" That is verbatem what that lovely officer wrote. I even had the Midas exhaust reciept with me, but no dice.

Better yet, find out who the state prosecutor is and give them the details. They have bigger issues to worry about. The cop has no way to prove your music was "amplified" or even verify the distance.
Every state is different of course but, that is beyond weak. Add in the fact you had Lasik and he's going on about corrective vision, that just proves he's a dick. Explain it all to the prosecutor, politely and be PC, and they will most likely make this disappear.
Do NOT mention Jay-Z!
