alright well first and foremost I need cooling mods. will the cooling mods help maintain whp throughout dyno pulls and will prevent it from dropping like it did?

Was Your car in DYNO mode on the 3rd gear run?

Cooling mods will help more on the car with more boost. Stock car makes only 10 lbs. of boost in 3rd gear and stock cooling system can handle it fairly well.

The graph falls of because of cam timing and exhaust restriction.

Good info here.

I'd seriously consider doing cooling mods as well. They aren't that expensive and I like to think they umm...extend the life of my engine or something due to less heat stress.
