My '03 E55 baseline dyno pull...
This is a bonestock (motor wise) '03 E55 w/ 51,500 miles.
This was done on the Team Dyno-Go mobile Valvoline dyno. It's a fully enclosed dyno. Also showing off, my new Euroteck Motorsports front Carbon Fiber lip and CF E63 trunk lip.:

Here's my 1st and best run:
410WHP (Graph shows 419 but that's because it picked up on the funky spike at the end)
449WTQ

What do you guys think?
I'll be posting up a video soon of the dyno as well.

YEs the trunk emblems are painted gloss black. The fender badges are custom made 5.5 AMG emblems, made to replicate the 6.3 AMG fender badges seen on the E63. A forum member had these made and they look great!

Original post edited: It's actually 410WHP not 419WHP. There is a funky spike at the end that is incorrect on the dyno sheet. I've emailed the peeps at Dyno-Go to get a corrected copy of the dyno sheet. The video is accurate and shows 410WHP. I'll post it up later.

First mod: cooling mods. That's what I was told and that's what I see to be true. The following dyno pulls were weak in comparison (403 and 386!).
So pulley + chip? How much is that stuff? Cooling mods: who do I go with?

Is it not 419.7RWHP??
Start with our VR550:

Everything else is based upon this power package.
I am also working on a new cooling package. I will post details later this week.

Godfather,
I am impressed, those numbers are great. This is a testament to the durability of the 55 engine/trans. 51K miles and still pulls new numbers 500-18%=410
You should be very happy, don't worry about the 10 short, like you say the air filters could be dirty, and I agree cooling mods first heat is the enemy.

Find
a different dyno tuner. Those numbers are highly optimistic for a bone stock e55.What happended to a dyno pull graph of rpm torque and h.p.? with a modest 15% loss for friction and gear train loss stock 03 E55 should be pulling about 390rwhp and 420 tq.Find a shop with a dynojet 248.Get some valid baseline numbers so you really know what you are working with.

So should have I done it in 4th? I told him 4th but he said I'd get more speed from 3rd.. whatever... would I have gotten more WHP in 4th?
It's a dynojet btw and I'm on 19's.

4th would of stopped at 155 mph, with stock software, which is around 4900 rpm.
So it would of been useless, plus the heat soak would of killed the power.
Your 19s are probably worth 10-15HP loss, so you are in reality right at 420RWHP mark that stock cars make.
