TCU- EGS transmission module HELP!!
hello guys ... anybody who knows the addresses in the TCU's Eprom that need to be changed to comply with a different gearing mod ??
de-soldered the Eprom.. got the file inside ..but unforunately dont have the proper Software for reading and understanding it. tried with OLS but can't get it for sure.
only enjoyed a tremendous first gear ... and limp mode after that

Sorry dyno, lot of horsespower nuts here , but very few actual Benz software hackers here that I know of. Tuners will help, but for full price of their ECU tune and they won't be happy that you are into trying to hack the box yourself. All are so freaked of theft.

In our country it is not legally considered theft, I don't think there is any way to copyright or pattent an ECU program. It might be considered unethical and morally wrong but it is not illegal. Hell, if you want to play that card every tuner in the world it a theif unless they re-write 100% of the code on an ECU.

... stealing from a thief is considered a theft?
I repeat, welcome to modding hell. Sucks sometimes.

custom made, 6-speed robotized gearbox
but it is not enough intriguing for me ...too easy
you see, along my preferred wild roads I found today something really ...
CRAZY: what do you think of having our custom made, 6-speed robotized gearbox ???
while speaking about this f.. TCmodule today, I found something really interesting: you certainly know of Koenigssegg and Pagani Zonda .. that has a 7liter, 8cyl MB engine... They are endowed with a custom H-type Manual gearbox
... news is that a new robotized 6gear box is under testing ... I have seen it .. it can handle 900NM and is as fast as a Ferrari.
Producing plant is located at a pair of km from me ... I spoke with them today .. maybe with something in the area of 25K euro we could have it custom fitted in our cars
..but as you certainly know, the bigggest job they should do is the electronic matching ...
specs for manual:

I suggested something like that to my tech at MB .. but seems to me his answer was negative
.. his idea was to set the ESP phonic wheel , but it didn't work
in any case, thanks, I'll tell him tomorrow

Remember "Developer option" I doubt the stealer would have this. PM me if you want the upgrade details.

thanks,
"DAS Developer Option" still required ?
.. hope they have it.
This time I'll insist some more with the stealer
...but now I'm a bit confused: what for that bi*ch of the january offer said me that it's necessary to have the module sent to a programmer and ..$$$
meanwhile, just finished re-soldering back everything
here's our sister Eprom and its Processor (right)

and, just for memory, here's its datasheet
