I'll do whatever is necessary to stop misinformation/false presentation regarding our tuning, parts, services, etc. While those that have been around the site for a while may understand what you claim to be a humorous statement, newer members or even those that don't get on the site much may not. To blatantly say that we haven't tuned a 63 is a flat out lie. In fact we'll have the quickest/fastest 63s on mbworld at MIR on 11/15, based on the "who's coming" list I'll go a step further and say we'll go 1-2-3-4-5 overall.

Sorry but I'm not really feeling the lost potential sale.

Another derailed thread...gotta love it. As an attorney, your claim for libel, not slander, is worthless in my opinion. Satire and hyperpole are defenses, although not absolute. In addition, you will have issues with proving your damages as it will be difficult to show that indyjoe's jestful remarks, opposed to your online persona, caused you to lose sales.

Andy - As Jim and others have said, it's not worth getting worked up over this internet drama. I think you have a great ECU/TCU tuning abilities. Link the posts with your dyno/track proven results and 'most' people will shut up. Not much more you can do.

I actually bought my C63 because I love N/A 4v power. It all started with a 300rwhp SAE bolt-on 98 Cobra, then came a 420rwhp 324 BB/S 4v, followed by a 550rw 333/4v. The 6.2 is one hell of a motor and the C63 was the least expensive/best platform to begin modding.
We're a LONG way from even being close to breaking even, I guess it's a good thing we'll be here for a while.

Again you preface with "I think". What ECUs are you talking about specifically? Jackpro's was a hardware failure (not our fault) and although Jeff's ECU flash did not take (again we stepped up and are taking care of it immediately) it was not a malfunction and it still made more power than the other aftermarket tuner with just TCU modifications. Otherwise there is absolutely nothing else to discuss.

I think this site is chalk full of unprofessional and immature members/vendors (both on and off the boards), and attempting to pin those qualities on one person in such a situation (especially operating on what little information you really know about MHP and our products) is flat out ridiculous.
