Trust me I know... They have had my wheels for over two months... I bought them brand new in August... Send them back within a week because one of the wheels would not balance properly... I am just greatfull I did not drive them long enough to have the rivets fall out like some other people have had...

GMP Performance has the following fine print on their sales orders.

No Returns on Mounted Wheels-NO EXCEPTIONS
No Returns on Special Ordered Wheels-NO EXCEPTIONS

I guess GMP Performance has not had a pleasant experience with Wheel Power either. If this was not on their sales order I could have just disputed the credit card charges.

I have called them 3 times a week for the last month from several area codes... Only voicemail... I also called in August to purchase my R10s from them directly and they did not answer... That is why I was forced to buy from GMP Performance... Unfortunately GMP Performance took my call and I purchased the wheels from them... And since Wheel Power makes the wheels, GMP wants me to contact Wheel Power for any problems with my wheels...

You can still dispute the charges!!!

Just tell them you were unsatisfied. A merchant has to agree to have a return policy in order to accept Visa/Amex/MC. That's part of their deal with the banks and their processor. This trumps any stupidity they print on a sales form.

Dispute that $h!t pronto...

I used a Discover Card... I tried to dispute... It worked for a week and I called back to find out that if I use a Discover Card with a merchant, Discover Card assumes I agree to the Terms and Conditions of that merchant... As long as they can verify I recieved the goods that is all they really have to do... Discover Card told me that they are a third party billing service and do not offer any purchase protection... I know I will not use a Discover Card to make any large purchases anymore....
