That is how I got mine done No other tuner was that convenient. They all wanted me to ship my car thousands of miles or get a remote tune.

Hmmmmm, is it dyno based or datalogged as well? are they able to stay long enough to tweak it? Or is it just an opp to get a flash they have? This is a great idea. Many of us would NOT ship a car.

Every tune Jerry has done for me has been dyno based/corrected as well as datalogged. They offer both remote and dyno based tuning, and yield amazing results.

What is your upcoming schedule for dyno tunning. If you are anywhere close to NorCal I want to make the trip for the custom tune.

To me, tuning is about customer service. I don't just want a tune. Modding this car is a journey in itself and I want to see the progress as we go. I'm not one to just buy a tricked a car and being able to boast about having the fast car does nothing for me. i need to enjoy the car for me. Custom tunes and occasional travel is a great idea.

To be fair, however, you also drive an "LET shop car" and live in LET's backyard...

That said, yes LET does offer on-site custom dyno tuning in major metro areas, which is a very nice perk that AFAIK no other tuner is currently offering

I can't say my tune is "custome" since each car is different, there are files for each type of car, according HW or SW and mods.

That said..

I was tuned while strapped on the dyno with before and after.. and price was very reasonable and fast.

I used Code3 for this type of service and LET delivered the tuning...

If I make any more mods.. the ONLY way I would get my car tuned again, would repeat the process.

For me .. shorty headers or (exhaust manifolds) would be the next logical step. I'm not sold on the TB right (dollar per hp).

I don't drive a LET shop car, and I live almost 800 miles from their "backyard". Nevertheless, they have traveled to "my garage", which is probably the furtherest place from a "major metro area", to custom tune my car, as well as a friends. Granted, we had to travel to the closest dyno to get the full benefit out of the custom tune (about an hour), but IMO that is the only way to do it. Not to mention, they stayed an extra day to accompany us to the track to make sure the results were what we wanted.

Quite frankly, I don't know how they do it at their price point, but as long as they offer these kind of services with such amazing results, I can do nothing but highly recommend them to anyone wishing to get the most out of their cars.

Great tunes! Nothing better then dyno tuning a car individually...with our engines being handbuilt a dyno tune will yield the best, safe hp available with safe A/F.
