Hey blackc230coupe I saw you yesterday on 47th ave heading towards wheelworld.Your Viper nearly gave me whiplash! Car looks simply incredibleon the road.

Answering for Neil since I have had a set for almost a year- they are neither, they are HRE Monobloks. For Porsche they are called P40- MBZ is M40 so what is Dodge= D40

lol, thanks. I was the first Viper HRE did the Monoblocks for, I asked what will they be called, and they said they will stil call them P40. But D40 would not have been a bad idea, lol.

I forget to say, that car is so bad a$$--- I heard that the cabin gets hot, is this true after spirited driving?

The Gen 3 500HP version use to get very hot with the stock exhaust because of the crossover that was pretty much under the seat. However when you got an aftermarket exhaust and removed that it was a lot better. The new gen 4 600HP ones dodge thankfully removed the crossover. But, it only helps to some extent. I will admit, after a few laps on the track or aggressive driving on the street on warm day the cabin still does get pretty warm inside if the windows are up.

Stock for stock, a viper should take an E55, even a Gen II viper. Similar horsepower but Vipers are lighter. The Gen 3 is only 50hp more than gen 2. A Gen 4 should spank even a pretty heavily modded E55 unless the guy can't drive at all. Mainly comes down to shifting (auto vs. manual) and how good the driver is.
