Different tires and different fuel is not a daily setup. That makes a big difference. Without the tires and the fuel the N54 is NOT capable of 11's.
Yes, there is always someone faster, but that was not the direction in which the discussion was forced. It was another 335 vs. M3 debate.

You said you would have a different set-up. Since you are so much into disclosure, what exactly will be different this time around? Then we can all pretty much tell what your trap speed will be this time before you even run!

Aside from magazine tests, I haven't even seen a Z06 do better than low 12's at a track with the factory tires. Last time at Sacramento, the new Z06 there was trapping over 120mph, but couldn't break out of the 13 second range. The Supercharged Saleen Mustang was mostly running 13's also. How many people at this event won't break into the 11's without aftermarket tires? I bet it would narrow down the list very quickly. It really seems like you have no idea of what you are talking about when you make your statements. I have always backed up everythihg I say. I always do better than I claim I do when I go to the track. When I beat the many Lotus through the canyons, I have it on video. When I beat the new M3, that was on video too. And I would love to have you on video when you try and beat me through the canyons in my lowly 3 series!

On the East Coast several guys have hit 11's with the z06 in 100% showroom stock conditions.
I think I have a shot with street tires as 1.9 60 foots are possible with PS2's. I do have a chance on pump. That would be my daily setup.
I adhere to the facts, I think it is your stubbornness to admit the M3 is the superior platform stock or modded with greater potential for gains. Arrogance doesn't change this fact.
Just because you "beat" some Lotus guy does not make the 335 equal to the car. You "beat" the driver, not the car, hope that sinks in. Unless you only adhere to the facts that are most convenient for you?

Payment Update: I have posted that I have to meet with track management to give them money and finalize a few other things regarding the rental and that I needed everybody's payment by January 12th, which is less than 7 days away. However, about half the people on the list did not pay yet 
I tried moving the deadline to January 5th to give a one week chance for people on the reserve list, but I'm guessing not a lot of people saw my January 5th deadline maybe because of the holiday rush and some were probably out of town and what not, so I'm extending the deadline to January 7th.
I've been getting PMs from people on the waiting list in the past few days asking when they can send payment. Actually, the first seven people on the waiting list are ready to pay now. I'm trying not to upset anybody who's on the main list as they signed up early but I'm also trying to give a chance to people who are on the waiting list and are ready to go now. LOL.... I think next time, I won't have any sign up list; I'll set it up so that whoever sends payment gets a spot from the very beginning as opposed to a sign up list and a payment list. Anyways, so here is what we're going to do....
After January 7th, any un-paid spots will become instantly open for people on the waiting list. And any payments received after January 7th (event at 12:01 a.m.) will confirm a spot on the list until it fills up.
On the bright side of the news, so far, the weather is looking good on the 17th as long as jrcart doesn't jinks it
