clk63 BS front on E55?

ok guys so here is the deal... i am about to go out on a tour for a few months and want to leave my car with my local shop to have work done on it..... i have a stock E55 and want to change its looks some. I am happy with the performance and dont want to screw with any warranty stuff at this point

I really like the look of the CLK63 BS.... i want that kind of flares front and back on my E and i want to put some nice wheels with a rediculous lip on the back... i really like the open areas of the front bumper of the 63 as well.... just curious if anyone knows if these will bolt up to my e55??

my shop could do all these things custom but if we can modify or just bolt on the 63 fenders and bumper then why not....

thanks..... i wonder if it close enough to be worth buying the clk63 fenders and bumper and have them custom fit to my car?.......

There is another thread on here where I think VRP took a CLK 63 Cabrio and put the BS kit on it. Parts alone were close to 14km not to mention all of the intense custom pieces and work that needed to be done.

Now to get them on an E, good luck.

This would be easiest on a CLK or a C55, not even the normal W203 has the same front end. I'd think that the CLK63BS front would be too short to fit on an E-class nose.

nope........also the fact i think it would look funny on a bigger E-class.....

it's going to be alot of major work

Or.....do the E63 front conversion, the E63 lip on the trunk, and the Euroteck E55 diffuser on the rear bumper leaving everything else E55. It looks fantastic and IMHO, is the best of all worlds as I don't care as much for the E63 rear bumper, mirrors, and front turn lenses in the headlights).

Even if you could put the BS front end on the E55 which I'm sure a truly good fabricator could do as anything can be done for a cost. I think it wouldn't look right as the care is just too big. A project like that would be far better suited for a C Class body which is similar in size to a CLK BS.
