For those interested with stock cars, we recently dyno-tuned a bone-stock SL55....and saw OVER 25 RWHP gain.

The 28th is going to be a fun time !

We're starting at 9AM.
You can tune first if its cool with everyone else before you on the list.

My setup is custom, and will probably take the longest.
It'd probably be best if I go last.

If anyone else has a preference, just let me know and we'll try to accommodate you as best as possible.

Being you called dibs, your more than welcome to tune first.

i thought it was the order in which we joined the party
1)prodigymb
2)sleeper01
3)Tech-Tune
4)S5LorinzerF1
5)MachC5
6)Infamous Jiggs
7)obsidian05e55

i am still not sure whether i will get dyno tuned or just do base falsh, as i would rather dyno tune next time when i get headers. i do want to dyno after the tune.

tech-tune you are right that the custom setups can go after easy tunes so your cars arent rushed

if i was to get a new one ...i would do 180mm LET or 180mm ASP. i have a 175mm Evospsort pulley set - but i got it used and i couldnt say no

call wayne and see if he got one in stock. shipping from chicago will take 3 days ground. and then i can give you a friends phone number - he is a lead tech at MB of flemmington and lives in north jersey.....he can throw the pulley in for you at his house for very good price before the 28th

I couldnt agree more.
I'd get that pulley on your car prior to the dyno tune.
The gains will be enormous.

Prodigymb, are you flashing the ECU or dyno tuning?
I dont think flashing the ECU will take very long.

And your right, we should go according to the original list as for the tuning order, so your batting first.

S5LorinzerF1, you can take my spot on the list. I know you gotta get back to work, and its cool with me.
You'll probably be done before noon, so I doubt you'll be late.

Tuning order:
1)prodigymb
2)sleeper01
3)S5LorinzerF1
4)MachC5
5)Infamous Jiggs
6)obsidian05e55
7)Tech-Tune

Can 1320 install a pulley on Saturday in advance of the tune? Looks like the tuning will go on for a few hours.

Whats involved in a LET tune, i have an 03 SL55 (stock) in NYC, is it worth it without having any mods? 1320's about 30 min from my location.

Sh*t don't know how i missed the first post with the 25 HP claim. That's pretty incredible considering i spoke to Fabspeed and they think 30 maybe 40HP is possible with a pulley and ecu upgrade, 25HP sounds like a bold claim.

Actually, 30-40HP sounds a little on the low side for a pulley and tune.
