I dont like how it sits in the rear bumper but the fans are a good idea if they would fit up front. Maybe have a switch so you can flip em on when the car isnt moving. Put them behind the HE so it doesnt block airflow and pulls air in through the HE when stopped.

What size lines are you guys using on the trunk mounted ice reservoirs?
