Stories like this suck. It makes me feel really bad for the victims. The sad thing is that the poor victims need to jump through tons of rings to MAYBE get their money/product back. I think forums like this are great places to come and learn about companies like this. +1 on customers being able to write ratings about companies.
And about dropping them as a sponsor, I dont think anything can be done yet, at least until there's PROOF that they did something shady/scummy. If proof surfaces they should be dropped IMMEDIATELY IMO.
It just sucks that people do business like this, one of the first things I learned about business was to NEVER EVER send an employee/partner/customer/associate home unhappy. No matter what it takes, you need to keep them all happy, ESPECIALLY if you plan on doing busines with them again. Whenever I do business with anyone I make sure to be 100% fair in everything, and if the situation isn't 100% black/white I'm a little more generous with the other party, just to make sure they dont leave thinking "That ba$tard screwed me! I'm never doing business with him again". No matter how much money you might lose in the short term by keeping people happy, you will make multiple times that much in the long run if you ake care of people. Just my .02. Sorry for the long write up.

This thread has gone crazy! But well deserved. Isnt 360 forged and System Forged the same company? I recall seeing a post about 360 doing a new line of wheels and changing their name to System Forged. SOmeone please correct me if I am wrong.
As far as M-Concept goes, just to put in my .02 since I recently had a VERY good experience buying wheels from Aline.
Over the last Christmas, my stock wheels were stolen off my car and about 10 others that were in a shared lot. I Called around to a few tire people and kept getting the answering machine about how they were all closed til after the new year!(including 360 at the time) Sitting around on the 27th wondering if I would get wheels "ordered" before the end of the year!
M-Concept was the only one who answered his phone and was ready and willing to help. After talking with him once or twice within a day or two I went ahead and put a 2K deposit on the Carbon Concept 04's which a lot of you have seen in other threads with my new pics.
M-Concept had my new wheels on my doorstep, mounted and balanced with new tires in 28 or 29 days! That also included 5 days of shipping to get me the wheels! I paid the balance of the wheels right before delivery.
I have heard a few good 360 experiences, but lately probably more bad then good. I had a GREAT experience(so far) with M-Concept and am very happy with what I received!
My verdict regarding the question about is M-Concept's customer service is MUCH better then 360.

His house and warehouse condo are being foreclosed on. A member around here looked it up and posted the link to the foreclosure on the clerk of court's website in another thread.

Oh yeah, and the reason he probably quit taking credit cards is no doubt because he had too many chargebacks. Now with cash-only you really have NO recourse when your wheels take a year and don't show up...

Public records cannot be faked. They are online for all to see.
Foreclosures = financial problems.
Lawsuits by your supplier = You did not follow through on your end.
Dropped as a sponsor on the Corvette forum = draw your own conclusion
No way to spin that even if all the rest is drama, (which we know that is not the case). Remember guys, this all started with one case of rims not being delivered in 11 months after ordered. It all snowballed from there.

^ dude this isn't about just one case. there are TONS of people that have come forward with similar stories. i don't think people would be flipping out this bad about one isolated incident, we talking about a much larger situation here.
