Pic Request - Silver 211's with tint
Hey guys just picked up my Silver 03 E55 from another forum member. I cant say enough about this car and how much fun it is too drive. In the past I have had 20% tint on all my cars but this time around I am not sure if 20% will be too dark and ruin the look of the car. I am looking for pics of silver cars with 20% or lighter tint for comparison. Thanks guys!!!

huberoptic tint in 40%. Reads 35% on the meter due to stock tint. I like it. Classy and no problems with cops. I recommend huberoptic - about double the price but worth it IMO

Glad it helped! The tint does look lighter in certain lights and due to the reflective nature of the huberoptic the way you look at it. By the same token, looks darker in certain lights and at certain angles. In the end, I think its the perfect compromise and keeps the car classy without risking getting in trouble with the police for violation of tint laws (vary depending on state). Was glad to hear huberoptic makes a 40% film that would keep it still legal here in MA. 50% would be a little to light for me.
