Tuning

Im from sydney i own an e55 komp

I want to get a pulley and a full ecu tune and some other custom stuff i want to do

But i dont want a flash like a set tune that they just up load on to my ecu and thats that. I want a full tune i want a tune that can be fully custom tuned on the dyno. I dont mind if the tune is uploaded to save time. But then i want that tune custom tuned to fine tune the fuel and ignition and what ever else can be fine tuned to suit all my custom mod's.

What programes can be used to do a tune like that?

LET is the only tuner I know of that can do a custom dyno tune remotely.
I think they're your best bet.

How the heck do you do a remote dyno tune?

That sounds pretty cool, but I can't think of how you can do that. I must be missing something.

They just do it on line.
Dyno and tuning computer connected on line to LET's secret headquarters.
I could tell you more, but then I would have to start another jrcart tune thread.

It's with a laptop setup like this

http://www.inmotionusa.com/obdflash.htm

You email the info to them from the dyno and a tune is created and emailed back and bam custom dyno tune. This is from InMotionUSA the company that does my tuning, but similiar to method commonly used. InMotion was going to develop a handheld with 3 tunes of your choice that you could flash yourself depending if you were hitting the track etc... but there was not enough interest. For my $500 custom tune I am pretty happy and my numbers speak for themselves. I think AMG custom tuning is $700, and remote tuning is the same but requires a $2000 refundable deposit.

Just checked the site and the AMG tuning is $500 and custom tuning with full upgrades is $700. Basically as you add more mods and redyno in your case either send in your dyno's or datalog and email your graphs and a new tune is done for free.

somethings better left unsaid ...
by "tune remotely" do you guys mean an owner sets his car on a Dyno and after testing it or whatever it needs done to it, the company tunes it up all the way from another country ?

is this possible ?

JRCart quick question.

When did you race AMA superbikes.. I have some friends that raced in that series (The Human Race Team) and wonder if you know them.
