From what I understand VRP does the hardware and Powerchip does the Software. All of the people that have the "VRP" tune actually have a powerchip tune.

all the speedo pic's you posted are in KPH-Kilometers NOT MPH, the cars going 300 KPH = aprox 186-187 MPH
