I sold my E55AMG to Mohamed Elsayed (screen name is allied107)before the car ship to him
He flew over to ABQ of NM state to see the car and He borrowed my 8GB memory stick pro duo to take some pics of the car. After awhile talking I show him some of accessories such as V1, new pump C090, scanner all weather floors matt which I would to sell for $400 and He agreed to pay for but will pay me later when the car ship along with those stuffs , well I think He might be a good guy so I agreed, He also handed me $100 and ask me to ship the stock wheels to his place He told me to pay me if they 're over $100 shipping fee .

After the car shipped at Dec 25-08 and the wheels shipped at Dec-27-08 I called him after 3 weeks no pick up I left many messages and texts He called me back and tell me He sent the check out 2 weeks ago with signature require but I didn't get nothing He ask me my business address but until now 2weeks already NO CHECK . I called to his work many times poeple there said He not there, called his cel He NEVER pick up the phone I sent too many messages but nothing return to me .

I talked to my friends about this they say they can handles this but I dont wanna act like gang I just wanna be nice and friendly to him . He told me He own 2 gas stations and a big house , 6 german car . What kind of the rich guy is it ?

Mohamed Elsayed If you read this you should pay me my monies . Have ever heard you can run but you can't hide . To any one who know this guy please stay away from him .

So lets get this straight, you sold/shipped him your car without being paid first, or just the accessories you were talking about like wheels, floor mats, V1, etc.?? Cause if you indeed did ship him the car without ever being paid you need to contact him, an attorney and the police immediately. Did you sign over the title of the vehicle yet?

You shouldn't be so trusting of people, and never ship ANYTHING before you have received payment for it.

 

He paid me the car He just owe me $589 which is $400 for accessories and $189 for shipping fee the wheels but he never called me back either I left messaeges from his work or his cel

 

Best bet is to contact your state attorney general.

 

Oh, okay. For a second it seemed like he owed you money for the car still. Try to contact him again and if that doesn't work your going to have to file a suit in small claims court. It seems like you know where he lives/works so it shouldn't be hard to get in contact with the district magistrate/judge and initiate the required paperwork. Just a warning though, the fees for filing a suit for $600 could make pursuing it this route not cost effective.

 

Things like this really suck. I really hope you get your money. And in the end if it doesnt work, you can always go to his house and take the accessories back. Lol. JKJK.

Well I know Mo, as he lives in my area. He's a decent and nice guy and I couldn't see him stiffening anyone up for money. Then again, you never know people, but I say let's give him the benefit of the doubt for now and hopefully this thread will get his attention. I haven't talked to him since we went to Famoso a few weeks ago.

Or should I go by his work and arrest him? lol I kid :P

First off Sang I don't appreciate the fact that you posted my information online but thats okay I am not a drama queen no big deal! If I was trying to avoid you or scam you or rip you off or anything like that I would have not givin you all the information thant you have about me.

It goes like this I purchased the car from Sang and flew to New Mexico and saw the car it was all payed for even before I saw the car in person. There where alot of extras Sang wanted to take out he car I asked him to leave them on the car and I would pay him the diffrence and also the diffrence in having the wheels shipped Ups so they would not be shipped on the transport in the car. Anyway I left New Mexico got the wheels the car and left New Mexico everything is cool no problems.

So after recieving the wheels I owned Sang $589.00 sent him a check in the mail with his memory sick to his house address which I have. The package was returned due to no one being home to sign for the package. He called me I told him the package is back again and I will send it to his work gave me the address and it has been 1 week and a half and he still did not recieve this product I checked my mail to see if the package had returned for whatever reason nothing. So today I wake up check my email and PM's from the Godfather and my brother woke me up and said someone online was calling me out as a scammer or whatever. So today once again I went to the Post office and mailed out another check for Sang to his work address. The only thing that is not being sent back is the memory stick because it was in the second package that was sent to him. If the memory stick doesn't show up I will gladly replace it at my own expense.

My main concern at this point is getting my name cleared as a con because that is not me or what I do. I work hard for my money just as anyone else and dont believe that it is right to steal or cheat othesr with this being said I have a usps tracking # 23041070000097114355 I just left from the post office to post this thread it will take a min to come up but I will also post the reciept when I go home to prove the packages where sent.

To everyone else thankyou godfather for the kind words but as I explained to you I had sent his money out long ago I am not a millionaire or rich by any means but I work hard for everything I own.

 

allied107, I'm glad you responded and cleared your name. In my opinion, e55 killer should not have posted your personal information online or any threats.... one of you should ask the administrators to delete that info.

In the end, I'm glad this worked out for both of you....

By the way, so what ever happened to the first package? Is it lost in the mail?

The first package was returned to me because no one was available to sign for the package so what I did was take it and put it in another envelope and sent it out again this time to his work where someone could sign for it but its MIA as of right now. So the third package with a check is on it's way out now.

 

Personal info removed. I understand the need to post publicly to sometimes get a response but dont post individuals' home and work info.

 

I remember..... it was great meeting you that day as well. That's why I did not totally agree with what e55 killer did since you showed proof that you sent the first package and that it returned. That is usually not the actions of someone who want to scam you. Anyways, I'm glad both sides are happy and that things worked out. Also, thanks Vic for removing the personal info.

Hey Mo, thanks for the respond. Why did I do that ? because Im so mad I tried to call you many times even I left messages and text you but you never call me back as you told me . You know Im very honest to you everything about the car . Even yesterday when I called you a lady told me you were outside and she ask me to call back in 5 mins , I called back after 5 mins and she said you left but I know you're there . Everytime when I called everyone said you not work for the rest of a week so, that's why I feel you're lying to me .
