Transmission Leak

After doing some reading up on this issue, it's apparently a fairly common problem and the part itself is on its third supercession. Anyway, since the car is under factory warranty, I'm going to take it in and let them replace it for me.
My question, though, is if anyone has experienced this leak, and whether the dealer stepped up to the plate and did a full tranny fluid and filter replacement as part of the repair? That's what I'm going to ask them to do since they will have to drain some fluid to make the repair.
Had the car at the dealer today to check out the source of the leak. They confirmed it was plug adapter that I suspected (part no. 203-540-02-53). The part was replaced under warranty, so all is good. The transmission fluid and filter replacement will be a DIY project for me in the near future.
Since most '05's and '06's are likely still under the original factory warranty, I would encourage owners to get their car up on a lift, remove the rear engine compartment panel, and inspect the plug adapter on the tranmission case for leakage. The part is located at the front passenger side of the case. According to my service writer, it's a fairly common issue, and one that has the potential to create other problems if the leak becomes too severe.
