if not f/i, i no buy... the only thing i would look forward to is a 63tt, then count me in. It has to out perform a modded E55 in every way out of the box for me to consider it...

There's been a few articles floating around stating that Mercedes will turbo all their engines and that the future AMGs will get a 5.5L TT but we just don't know when and which models. I'm guessing they'll keep the 63 engine at least until mid production cycle, then change it during the face lift in 2013

i'm sure MB needs to keep current motor in production for few more years for ROI...

It looks pretty much just like the current model just bigger and ugly. The rear quarter panels are terrible. I just don't feel the front lights. It's not for me. Pipes look identical to the current model.
