E55 (for sale if the right offer comes along)...too many others to list
Thank you for all the contacts and feedback guys. RENNTech put a larger pump in my Evosport cooling upgrade. I have been happy with it as a daily driver but it's not enough for the track. My temps stayed down at the track but I know I have left some room on the table to do more.

I am ready to get my beast into the 10's, and it's time to....

GET 'ER DONE!!!!!!!

I feel a track day coming!

If i make brackets to move my heat exchanger back a little and also have a code 3 heat exchanger in front of it.
So water runs from my stock one in to the code 3 one then out.
Would that work and would it cool even better then just having the code 3 heat exchanger ?

it should cool better but idealy you would want to match the flow rates of the two cores.

How fast the fluid flows has lots to do with heat transfer and the time it takes for the dreaded heat spike to come. Too fast of flow could recirculate heated fluid before you want it to get mixed with the cool. Once at equilibrium, the difference is less noticed.

Hi Angela.....

Sorry for the late reply, I've been out of town for a couple of days. If you're interested, there is a track day coming up this Friday at Fontana. More info here:

http://www.orangecountyhorsepower.co...ead.php?t=2098

I've been trying to get a private track date either at Fontana or Famoso, but so far no luck. However, I am on the waiting list as soon as something opens up. I will keep you

Sorry for the late response. He is working on two other models right now, but will hopefully have tested fitment real soon. A few other goodies may be coming your way as well. I'll be sure to keep you posted.

Yeah that needswings is nice but that wont fit the E55 maybe he will come out with one for an E55 that wont need much modification to work but that will also block the radiator cooling as well. I went with the Code3 and like it alot but LET does a nice piece as well and from what i gather is the cheaper of the two.

I emailed LET and they told me at the time ( last week) they sell Code3 heat exchangers. I then emailed backing asking if they make their own and they said yes. so I emailed back once again asking for info on the LET HE and he has not emailed me back. Anyone have info on the LET HE?

That is an interesting statment. I would like to know what HE eurocharged is selling for $450. Is it the new spearco core or something else? Still searching for the answer. $450 sounds about right for a core this size. I had a much larger core on my evo 8 and it was $150 bucks more.
