I just used an AFCO pro series dual pass heat echanger like the modded cobras use. Just relocated the inlet/outlet. This was before everyone started doing heat exchanger upgrades

LET didn't advertise it on the website, I don't know why. You have to email them.

I think that's because it's made by Code3.

Hey Benzgal,

You might want to give Rob a call. These are the largest available to date. I believe he was having an E55 in the shop this past week to test fitment.

Here's the link to the HE.

It was a direct fit on my CLK55. All I had to do is relocate the inlet/outlet to the side of the unit and make brackets.

Well that's good news to hear, because it looks like a good unit and I'll definitely find a way to make it work.

Oh I forgot to mention one thing. When I relocated inlet/outlet to the side I had to run the inlet through the tow hook to center it lol. Your E55 is wider so you may not have this issue but just wanted to give you a heads up. The HE works very well and I have a CM90 feeding it

I was thinking of the bigger pump also since it's a dual pass, but I've already put the CM30 in place, so I guess I'll see how it works. Thanks for the heads up on the fitment

I don't know about the LET / Code-3 relationship and I never worked with Code-3 before.

But what I can tell you is that LET has superior, personalized customer service. You won't be dissappointed.
