Further, I've stated this not once, but twice, over the course of this thread alone. I've also used the term nouveau riche to describe our dear friend repeatedly, so frankly I don't see much disagreement between you and I on this individual.
But none of this changes the fact contained in a simple observation that I made, namely that the spidey doll is in the media room, not in the bedroom.
This is an observation. It is not a comment on his interior decoration skills, the tastefulness thereof (I commented as to that as well), or anything else.
So stop reading between the lines.

I use to work installing professional home theaters, and I've never encountered ANYONE that ever had anything like that; and I've done plenty. Bars, condiment stands, popcorn machines, movie posters, neon lights, those sort of things, plenty. Life-size dolls? Nope.
That said I have seen it in magazines.
