Josh:

I just read through both threads. I can't believe this is happening. I can send $300 (no repayment necessary). I am not sure I can make it to the bank in the AM. I will call Jay in the AM to have him send the money for me when he sends his $'s for the diamonds.

Good luck with everything...keep your head up...this could have happened to anyone of us.

Tom

Buddy! take down your Checking account info ie act# Routing # Bank name etc..I was the victim of Internet checking fraud you are set for an EZ rip-off..... pm the info to the select members...

Your FULL name was already listed earlier in that link from E55Pilot, a common trailer trash - semi skilled internet thief has all they need to drain your account or buy goods over the net sent out of the country etc...

If you send a credit card or paypal account funded instant payment, it is in the recipients account immediately (echeck payments take 3-5 days). The trick is getting it out of the account quickly as it usually takes 3 or so days to transfer it to your personal bank account from your paypal account.

Stuff like this really is the reason our economy is in such bad shape. I honestly thought you would get laughed out of here when I saw you start the other thread (the one where you're arguing with people about how much money you make). If you buy a car you can't afford you either let them repo it or you sell it when you finally run out of money that you knew wouldn't last. There has to be some responibility and this shows none whatsoever. I still want to know why you had $6800 in the bank but were just letting those back car payments marinate...

The cash was in the car when it was hooked.

Im paying back any monies loaned, selling personal item, rings (wedding) watches etc. I have been a customer of Mercedes Benz-Financial since 2003 making 173,000 in payments on time. Your going to blame me for a 5 month strike, billiant. The folks that lend a hand will be made whole , precisely why I made the plea. If I could not pay , I would not ask

This is classless dude. Regardless of the situtation no one deserves to be laughed at specially in a moment of weakness where the OP has clearly stated he committed errors. It takes a lot of guts to do something like this, and I hope he gets all the help he needs.

On the other hand if you were in trouble wouldn't you like to be helped by a group of friends?. I know I would...

But why did you have the $$$ in the bank and not pay your notes before this even happened??? Sounds like you could have saved this from ever happening. You were trying to negotiate a better deal with MB instead of being responsible and honoring the contract you signed. I honestly can't believe people are giving you money.

A better deal? I simply asked payments be deferred. I called as soon as the Walkout happened this was long before the housing collapse. My mortgage on all my homes are current because the lenders deffered some payments while I was out of work. Many creditors responded, mbfinancial chose to drag the car down my driveway. Hope you never need help,

I'm still in awe at the level of immaturity and stupidity brought on here by fellow members. No one needs your jokes, no one needs your opinions and no one needs your conclusions on this situation. What you think happen is something we, quite frankly don't give a f-k about. In case you didn't notice, all the well-respected members around here are trying to help a fellow enthusiast out of this predicament and aren't really entertained at your attempts to kick someone while they're down.

It's clear tools like you two, are in the minority; thankfully. If you can't respect the fact Juicee63 came on here, put his pride aside and took responsibility for what has happened (even offered 27% on top of what would be borrowed) then leave the thread.

It's ridiculous, people like you two clowns think they are actually impervious to this recession (or being laid-off for that matter). As has been stated in the other thread, situations like these can happen to anyone.

Juicee63, glad to see your making progress brotha!
