I would suspect as the hp is the same than in the CL63 the torque will also be the same: Torque lb-ft (Nm) at RPM : 465(630) / 5200

Not if the car I saw on the road has anything to say about it. I posted up pics of a new E-class I saw on the road in Orange County in one of the other threads on this subject. Though I didn't get pics of the front (too dangerous while driving) there were LED lights, and the car definitely wasn't an AMG version, and it was definitely the same LED lights that are in the first picture in this thread.
Though I should add, I like the LED's in your picture much better personally.

Personally I don't like the W212. Great technologically, but fail IMO everywhere else. Too overly-angular, I doubt it will stand the test of time well and become timeless, One of the most trendy, non-evolved (from the past model), creased and lined, ill-proportioned, and gimmicky designs M-B has ever done IMO.... At the same time, it looks less sporty and more conservative than the 211 as well somehow.
The interior looks comfy, but no nice flow, just not as swooping and elegant as the 211, not as ace a design IMO.
It really does look like a lot of Japanese cars in so many ways.
As well, I don't understand as well why they didn't evolve the 211, if you put the 211 and 210 side by side, you'll see how the 211 is like a brilliantly messaged and refined 210, this new one looks like a desperate attempt to keep up with other automakers. Lots of "afterthought" looks as well, such as the front LED's which look ghetto-rigged, and the housing for the Command screen, which isn't shaped accordingly with the rest of the interior.

Seriously, did Chris Bangle secretly work on this project?
I'm so disappointed with the styling cues of so many of the newer models coming out. That is part of the reason why I left BMW.
