What cars would the E63 lose to from 60-155mph?

Maybe we need to take this to Mexico for some test runs.

To reaffirm once more, the E55 and E63 will beat the M5 from 0-100. From an 80mph roll or so the M5 will pull and pulls harder and harder as the speeds rise. This due to gearing an nature of the 8250rpm-capable V10.
As regards the two MBs, I think the E55 is a little quicker than the E63 from dig than the E63, but the E63 shades it from a roll, though the 7-speed is geared more for economy than performance.

You won't be able to tell the difference between an X50 and non-X50, save the 2005 911 Turbo S which came standard with the X50 package.
The X50 package actually uses different turbos, the K24s as used on the GT2 and even the MB 600/65s. These turbos are much...much better than the stock 996 TT (I believe K16). This is especially beneficial at high speed...the K24 can run more boost (bigger turbos) but at the same boost level as the K16, it will produce much less heat. That is what makes it light years ahead of the standard 996TT and why most serious 911 Turbo performance junkies upgrade to the K24 for cars that came with the K16s. The next step is a hybrid K24...but that is a lesson for another day....

Have fun, play safe and represent the 63's. Let us know the outcome.

I know exactly what you mean.
This car will still hook and get off the line decently after a few tricks. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=pnS36KcdIc0
