The more I see the pics...the more I love the front and hate the rear!

 

+1 on the *** end. Some nice improvements but I'm hating the square pipes and squared off trunk.

 

OK, I'm gonna go against everyone here and say, I actually kinda like the rear end.

Looks stylish yet a bit aggresive. just my .02 cents

 

Nice car, who will pay the extra bucks for it? HP gain from 507 to 525 is nothing. Overall, a nice looking ride.

 

very sick front end, love the LEDs, not so in love with the rear end, but I think the change in exhaust tips look sick

 

Front looks stunning, the rear looks like a Hyundai Sonata, not feeling it, maybe in person may change my mind.

oh man! It's even worse then I thought. There is no way that rear and those pipes will grow on me. I guess MB is trying to follow in GM's footsteps.

 

Rear looks like a lexus...hell the front does too...and WTF is up with that interior...is it just me or does that not remind you of a chrysler 300

 

My impression based on the pics.

Front looks like ok and the fog lights has a hint of ala Audi style. Rear looks like a riced out japanese car. Especially with the square exhaust tips?

 

Under any light, the rear end looks horrid.

 

What's with the retro styling??? Tell me these crummy taillights don't look like the OLD W210 I guess W210 guys will

 

Thericker...don't denigrate the W210 . At least it looks better on the W210 E55. The rear on the E63 looks like a Honda with rice like exhaust tips added on...

I hear ya AMGfan, didn't mean it that way the 210 rear is classy just pissed MB borrowed from the past then added horrible future twist..

MB didn't add Twin Turbo's so instead they added Quad USB Ports exhaust....The entire rear end = FAIL, everything else is growing on me...Esp the frnt fenders & headlights.

Hell no. That rear end looks like crap. I've always wanted quad pipes on the my 210, but I would much rather have my twin pipe set up than the freakish trapezoidal exhausts on this new one.

Integrated trunk lights can look good a la the 210, but these 212 lights look fugly.

 

Thing is fugly...I own an old E class and I can not stand the Hundai looking 2010 E class = FAIL

LOL, I just read the guy's post above me - he said fugly too. I just clicked on "quote" when I read the comment about "us W210 guys drooling over the new E?"

 

maybe with dif exhaust, spoiler and a aggressive cf diffuser it will look better.

Yeah um I'm certainly sure you wouldnt trade your dinosaur for a brand new 2010 E-class..
