Dash Clock & Nav Time are wack (sync not matching)

Dash Clock & Nav Time are wack (sync not matching)
Ok, so my clock and nav are set to sync together and they still KINDA do... but the click is off by an hour and a half, if I change an hour on the nav clock, it changes an hour on the dash clock, if I change 10min, it changes 10min, but all of this an hour and a half behind on the dash clock... =[
