Sounds about the going rate. If it where lowered by at least $5K then let the deals begin.

PM me if you want more data but best way to gauge this is request the latest Manheim data on 2007s. In April the auction pricing averaged $49-50k for an 07 that had 22k miles on average (ie this is wholesale so you'd have to add some transport costs and dealer mark-up on top of this).
Sometimes the dealers / finance cos are irrational. I tried to buy our 550i that was off lease for what I thought was reasonable...and that's how I ended up looking at e63s.

The initial offers from MB Financial came out on May 4th for leases that were maturing within a few months. These offers were at a discount from the original residual amount. The personnel at MB Financial have indicated that another offer will come out in another month or June 4th.
