What color should paint my brakes?

What color should paint my brakes?
Going to go ahead and paint my calipers but couldn't figure the right color. My car is flint gray and my wheels will be matte black with color match face. I was thinking yellow to stand out but cant really seem to find the right color.

thats what i was thinking- i guess my only options are red, yellow, color match to my car, i just tinted my tails so not much red on my car anymore

a bit off topic, but is this something you can do yourself, or are you having it done? i too have thought about this, though i wouldnt know how and or where to do it... any recommendations for shops in the nor cal area?

HMS in OC has done a bunch of these. I dunno who in NorCal does it but you may want to try Sonic (mymb sponsor). Worst case, you could ;likely buy the label stickers from HMS and having a paint shop shoot the calipers.

my dads F430 is grigio titanium (dark silver) and it has black/ color matched wheels with grey brake calipers it looks really good IMO.

I'll post some pics soon but I just finished having wheels painted designo graphite and I color matched my calipers.
Looks badass IMO. The only thing with dark painted calipers is that it hides the size of them a bit, but I'm into the understated look.

Sun, honestly, your wheel/brake caliper is my favorite on any E55 ive ever seen....I like it better than mine....wanna trade?
