be warned that they are made for E55 and not the CLS....
I had fitment issues
it has a nasty rattle sound on cold start ups also

to be honest i was not over he moon with the support provided...

I would give the MBH ones a look, as they were actually test fitted & installed on a cls

I have them installed on 5 CLS 55's. Not including the ones the good guys at Eurocharged are installing. Haven't seen any updates on that yet.

Not trying to make this a way to promote anything, but keeping it about a topic I hold dear to me and thats Long tubes.

For the people that have long tubes of any kind, They sure are a fun and rewarding mod.

No kidding, 10-12 weeks is brutal. I have a hard time keeping a car that long much less waiting for parts.

I must be out of the loop because I am guessing that the header business is a side venture for Chris?

it is...now. he used to custom fabricate everything from simple projects like headers to full builds of race cars but after the economy went bust there's not the same specialty market there used to be. so now he took another job and only fabricates part time.

With LTs, don't you lose quite a bit of torque down low? I understand you gain the power (both HP and TQ) up top, but I'm wondering if the sacrifice down low is significant enough to notice during driving? Even casual driving?

Thank you in advance.

if the headers and exhaust are built/tuned properly you should gain everywhere (to a point). with chris' system i last put down 640tq to the wheels on a dyno dynamics before 3000rpms.
