Long tube headers...
I've been going back and fourth whether or not to get long tube headers and I finally decided to pull the trigger. I will be purchasing from Floored Fab out of Arizona and if I could get 2 other members to join in the price would be $2400. This would include headers, X-pipe, race cats, and all the piping that goes all the way to back to the muffler. There are 2 different version, one is mild steel with coating and with the option of upgrading to stainless steel. The price listed is for the mild steel. If anyone is interested please let me know and we could get the ball rolling. Once again this is a very good deal and if interested in purchasing this would be the time.
Just recently I purchased Vadim's mid section exhaust system and it truly sounds great but I'll be parting with the system in order to make room for my LT's and my loss will be your gain. I will be selling the system for $1800 which includes VRP shorty headers, stainless steel mid section, 200 cell race cats, and Vadim's X-pipe. I will have a sound clip this weekend. If anyone wants to purchase these items separately the prices will be $1100 for the mid section/race cats and $700 for the shorty headers.
Keep in mind that Vadim's mid section is a direct bolt on with no cutting of the stock exhaust system. This was the main selling point on me purchasing this setup.

I believe he uses 2.5" and has been happy with the results. I'm sure 3" could be a option but don't hold me to it. If you have any question in regards to this I'm sure Chiromikey could chime in and give a explanation on why 2.5 over 3.

+1...got the VRP long tube headers with VRP straight pipes...combination is obnoxious. I don't WOT in my neighborhood but they know when I start the car that something wicked just woke up...
Good luck and enjoy.

Do you have the 3" system back? By chance do you have a picture of your setup? If it's VRP headers I'm sure Chris is the one that manufactured them.
