Interesting that there is such a large pricing gap between the 2008s and the 2007s with comparable mileage. Were there any major differences with the 08s that would make them more desireable? A year of warranty (ie CPO) would only cost ~$1,500...

No change between the models, that's just how AMGs depreciate. After 6 months, you'll see the 2009 models cost as much as the 2008 models cost now, and you'll also see the 2008 models cost as much as the 2007 models do now while the 2007 models cost as much as the 2006 E55 ones now, and so on.... That's why it's always better to wait 1 to 2 years before buying an AMG

Can you please post the 2006 and 2007 SL65 prices while you're at it?

That is a very good price, hope the title checked out. Lots of E63s are being sold with a title that reflects that the car was repurchased. I've never seen an advertised car with low miles for $45K. Congrats on an awesome deal. Any pics?

Date of sale, where the auction took place, price car sold for,miles on car, the below - average - above just reflects the price although there may be underlying issues, color of car, 8 cylinder gas engine, A = automatic transmission, not sure about the yes and no

Yes or No -- if the sale of that particular car is included in the "sample" data used to compile the averages which Manheim gives on a different view of the auction data. Hope that helps!

Thanks for the kind thoughts on the price. It was originally listed for 61K but i knocked the guy down to 45K. It was a fleet vehicle for a company exec. he had been promoted and no longer in the states. so the car just sat and the company had to continue payments on it. I told them i'd buy it for 45 cash deal and they sat on my offer for about 3 months and finally gave in. yeah for me...
i have posted pics of it in this section. i got new tint, tinted lenses and wheels put on it just this past week.
