100k mile tune up/service reccomendations?

My 05 e55 just hit 102k miles, has a service "b" due in 600 miles, and runs like a top.

Recommended services/upgrades?
Any bushings/bearings/wear items that need to be checked?

It has new plugs and wires...of course oil and filter. Looking for stuff I may overlook.

Air filter upgrades-any benefit to K&N? or an aftermarket style filter setup? Anyone take the drop-in filters out and run an open cone element? Or better yet a cone directly on the throttle body?

Tranny seems to work great, so I'm leery to even look/breathe on the fluid.
Rear diff?
Coolant was flushed and replaced involuntarily with the new heat exchanger

Thanks in advance
-Sean

Front ball joints have you checked them? my are shot and im at 80k miles. The only intake options you have are VRP , and RENNTech i think. Or you can change your air filters to K&N's or the Green filters.

No but I'd probably agree...car is developing a wobble, just bought a set of new tires...did you do upper or lowers? know part #/$$ off hand? I'll definitely check all of them while it's in the air-but sometimes those parts can be hard to check for wear..

OEM/Dealer spec filters and fluid for all, or is there a better alternative?

When you have the suspension unloaded, you can push up on the front wheel to check the lower ball joint, it should have no discernable play. If you take a 24" prybar and pry down on the upper arm, you can check the upper ball joint by looking at the control arm to see if there is movement between it and the steering knuckle. These can both be done with the wheel still on the car, just lifted up off the ground. I will work on a DIY for replacing the joints too. It does take some tools that most people will have to buy, but they aren't terribly expensive (especially compared to paying to have ball joints replaced) and if you have any real experience working on cars, you should know how to use them.

Probably should do brake fluid and flush also along with checking rotors and pads.

I'd also have everything lubricated including sunroof.

Out of curiosity, have you had any other major issues up till your current mileage mark? It's great to see them still going strong at those miles.
