Buy them from this guy. He is the largest distributor of them...good guy to deal with. I've bought 3 or 4 sets from him.

Apparently there are a few places to get a good deal on Monarchs.
I use Warren at Detail King, because he generally has them in Canada already. It saves me $3-400 in duty and taxes that way.
OT: If you're ever shipping anything to Canada from the USA, use USPS vs. UPS. UPS charges an arm & leg for brokerage/taxes/fees/more fees/superfees/duty. USPS comes through our regular mail system.

CRAP!!! So i pretty much just paid $275 more, and they r scratched on the inside lip on 2 of the wheels. Nobody will be able to see it so its not that big of a deal. I just wish i coulda saved that money!
