I have one question? I have a cls 55 and hre are my mods....180 mm pulley, 82mm throttle body, kleeman headers, 550 cc injectors, ecu tune and tcu tune, h/e and pump, i have split the system and have a 2 gallon tank just for the charger and still cant controll the iats.. they are still popping 200....any advise or help ..thanks guys.

Wire it to run all the time. You should wire it so that it turns on in key position 2. Then you should see the fluid moving without having the car cranked. The fluid being hot is not exactly telling you a bunch about the pump. What pump are you running? Have you replaced it since owning the car?

Wiring to ignition is good but won't solve the problem if the pump is act bad. I would also bleed the IC system to ensure there is not any air stuck in the system
